Getting Here

From I-40: take Exit 282 (Page Road) and follow signs for Emperor Blvd; the hotel is on the right.
From RDU Airport: about 5 miles / 7 minutes. The hotel runs a free airport shuttle (roughly 5 AM to midnight, on a schedule); call the front desk to arrange a pickup.
From Raleigh: about 20–25 minutes via I-40 West. From Durham: about 15 minutes via NC-147 and I-40 East.

Parking

Self-parking is free in the hotel's surface lot according to the hotel's listings (confirm at the front desk; no validation is needed). The lot wraps around the building, so if the front rows are full, keep going around to the side and back.

Night sessions fill the lot. Doors open at 6 PM on Friday and Saturday; plan to arrive 30–45 minutes early for the best parking and seating.

Accessible parking is near the main entrance. Rideshare and drop-offs use the main lobby entrance.

Flying in

RDU Airport is about 5 miles / 7 minutes away. The hotel offers a free airport shuttle on a schedule (roughly 5 AM to midnight); call the front desk when you land. Uber and Lyft from RDU typically run 10–15 minutes.

Driving: I-40 Exit 282 (Page Road). From Raleigh allow 20–25 minutes; from Durham 15 minutes; from Wake Forest about 35 minutes.

Stay at the conference hotel

A discounted Pioneers Conference room block is available at the Sheraton Imperial while rooms last. Staying on-site means no parking, no commute and a short walk to the ballroom.

Weather & what to bring

Mid-November in Durham is usually mild: highs near 60°F, lows near 40°F, with a chance of rain. Bring a jacket for evenings and a layer for the ballroom. Also bring your Bible, a notebook, a phone charger and your registration confirmation for check-in.
